Rugby World Cup RWC 2007 TV Schedule

RWC 2007 is the 6th World Cup. This Rugby Union event is held every four years.

The event kicks of in France on September 7th running to October 20th 2007. This year there are 20 Nations competing over the 44 days. Over 90 nations participated in the regional qualifying competitions.

The eight quarter finalists from the 2003 world cup all automatically qualified. The other nations came through regional qualifying competitions.

This year sees Portugal as the only debutant.

There are 48 matches in this World Cup, spread across ten French cities. The remaining matches are to be held in Cardiff and Edinburgh.
